It’s another windy rainy day. In fact it is already the rainiest June on record and still going strong. Even tho the clay soil gets mushy and turns into cement when it drys out I’m glad for the moisture so that I haven’t had to water much by hand.

Normally June is dry so that germinating and newly planted out plants need constant watering until they get rooted in the moisture holding clay further
down, and we have had plenty of nice days for getting all the spring work done. Best of all, the weather for the midsommer festivities was perfect.
