We spent another Saturday morning at Fyris Market in Uppsala. I’m quite surprised at what sells. This time it was miso (a 2 year rice miso) along with japanese hokkari pumpkins in conjunction with an explanation on how to make pumpkin miso soup. Sauerkraut went well too.
It must be balmy warm there with that 10 deg C cap. Stay warm.

Not so balmy warm but above freezing. It’s very humid with a chill that works itself in to the bones and cough center, but with the cap the head stays nice and warm, and it has ear flaps to pull down in wind and freezing air.
